The terms and conditions set out below including the payment and delivery terms apply in the version according to the date of your order.

Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.


  • All prices are given in US Dollar (USD). The price will converted into Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for payment through Indonesia Bank transfer, real time online currency converter provided. Find the delivery prices at the checkout.

  • The sales agreement will be confirmed after the payment went through by Paypal and Indonesia Bank transfer. It might occur, that we do not have all items in stock. Please take into account that we work with very limited amounts.

  • Please note, after doing the payment through Indonesia bank transfer, be reminded to confirm your payment to us through payment confirmation page on the footer menu.

  • We will immediately process your order as soon as we get the exact amount of money including shipping costs. The items will be send via parcel service.

  • For bespoke items, since all of them are handmade, we need two weeks (maximum) for crafting and producing and will be dispatched soon within operation time.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday and will generally leave the stock location within 2 business days. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will processed the next business day. We will always try our best to accommodate any rushed orders, feel free to contact us if you would like more specific dispatch / delivery details prior to placing your order.

  • Import duties or taxes may apply to your purchase, depending on the delivering location. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

  • If you are uncertain about what size to pick, feel free to send an email to telling us the sizing information of similar clothing items you usually wear, we will email you back with a suggestion as soon as possible.

  • Please email for any return/ exchange requests.

  • Returns or exchanges can only be made within 24 hours after receiving the products.

  • We do not accept return or exchanges for any worn, used or sale products.

Most of our products have very limited quantities or are made to order in special cases. Given the high international shipping rate, we are unable to provide free returns and exchanges can only be made if you are willing to pay the shipping costs both ways.

SWANK will collect all the data required for processing your order and will only use it for this purpose. At SWANK we are committed to maintain your privacy.

For our Mailing-lists we use your personal information (such as name, surname, e-mail address) solely to keep you informed about the brands news, upcoming exhibitions or presentations, sale information, through periodic newsletters sent by e-mail. We commit to never sharing any of your contact information with any third party or other organizations.
